How to Add Your Wedding Magicians Backlink

This guide will help you add your Wedding Magicians Elite Team Member badge or text link to your website.

It's written to be simple and step-by-step — no technical knowledge needed.

If you get stuck at any point, don't worry — we can help you.

What You're Adding

You'll be adding one of the following to your website:

  • ✅ An Elite Team Member badge (recommended)
  • ✅ OR a simple text link

You only need one, not both.

Once added, you'll submit the page link so we can verify and activate your profile.

Option 1 – Add the Badge (Recommended)

This is the most professional option and gives the strongest SEO benefit.

Step 1 – Copy the badge code

From your activation page, copy either:

  • Small badge (best for footers)
  • Large badge (best for About pages)

Only choose one.

WordPress (most common)

Method A – Block Editor (Gutenberg)

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard
  2. Go to Pages
  3. Edit the page where you want the badge
    • About page
    • Footer page
    • Partners / Affiliations page
  4. Click + Add Block
  5. Choose Custom HTML
  6. Paste the badge code
  7. Click Update / Publish

Method B – Elementor

  1. Edit your page with Elementor
  2. Drag in an HTML widget
  3. Paste the badge code
  4. Click Update

Method C – Divi

  1. Edit page with Divi Builder
  2. Add a Code Module
  3. Paste the badge code
  4. Save

Adding Badge to Wix

  1. Log in to Wix
  2. Open your site editor
  3. Click + Add
  4. Choose Embed Code
  5. Select Embed HTML
  6. Paste the badge code
  7. Resize if needed
  8. Publish your site

  1. Edit your page
  2. Click Add Block
  3. Choose Code
  4. Paste the badge code
  5. Save

  1. Go to Online Store → Pages
  2. Edit the page
  3. Click <> Show HTML
  4. Paste the badge code
  5. Save

Option 2 – Add a Text Link

If you don't want to use the badge, you can add a simple text link.

Example text:

Link it to:

https://wedding-magicians.com

Adding a text link (any platform)

  1. Highlight the text
  2. Click Insert link
  3. Paste: https://wedding-magicians.com
  4. Save / Publish

Where Should I Put It?

Any of the following are perfect:

  • ✅ Website footer (most common)
  • ✅ About page
  • ✅ Partners / Affiliations page
  • ✅ Suppliers page

You only need it on one page.

After You've Added It

Once the badge or link is live:

  1. Copy the page URL where it appears
  2. Paste it into the verification box on your activation page
  3. Submit for review

We'll check it and activate your profile.

Common Problems (and Easy Fixes)

"The badge isn't showing"

Make sure you pasted the code into an HTML / Code block, not a text box.

"It just shows text instead of the image"

This means it's in a text editor. Move it into a Custom HTML / Code block.

"My theme keeps resizing it"

That's fine — the badge automatically scales. If it looks slightly smaller or larger, that's normal.

"I don't have a website yet"

No problem. Contact us and we'll discuss alternative options.
