Our wedding magician packages start from £495. The exact price depends on:

• Performer calibre: professional, award-winning, or TV-credited
• Whether you want a standard 2-hour booking or 2-3 hours
• Number of guests
• Location of your venue

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for:

• Peak wedding season (May-September)
• Saturday weddings
• Bank holiday weekends

However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings, so it's always worth asking!

What deposit do you require?

We typically require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 4 weeks before your wedding. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and PayPal.

Do you travel nationwide?

Yes! We cover all of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We have magicians based throughout the UK, so we can usually find someone local to your venue. Travel is typically included in our quotes for most locations.

When is the best time to have a magician at my wedding?

The most popular times are:

• Drinks reception - While you're having photos taken, your guests are entertained
• Wedding breakfast - Between courses keeps energy high
• Evening reception - Perfect ice-breaker as evening guests arrive

Many couples book magicians for multiple parts of the day for seamless entertainment.

How long does the magician perform for?

Most weddings book either 2 hours or 2-3 hours, depending on the flow of the day and guest numbers. The Silver, Gold and Platinum names describe the calibre and style of performer, not simply how long they stay.

The magician will move between groups of guests, performing 5-10 minute sets so everyone gets to experience the magic.

For close-up magic, the magician works their way around all guests throughout the performance time. For table magic during the wedding breakfast, every table receives a dedicated performance. For stage shows, all guests watch together.

Our magicians dress professionally and appropriately for weddings. Standard attire is a smart suit, but we can adapt to match your wedding theme - whether that's black tie, smart casual, or something specific to your celebration.

Is the magic suitable for all ages?

Absolutely! Our magic is 100% family-friendly and appeals to guests of all ages - from young children to grandparents. We often find that the older guests are the most amazed!

Do you need any special setup or equipment?

For close-up and table magic - no setup required. The magician arrives, mingles with guests, and performs. For stage shows, we may need a small performance area and access to power for a PA system (which we can provide if needed).

Are your magicians insured?

Yes, all our magicians carry full public liability insurance (minimum £5 million cover). We can provide certificates on request for your venue if required.

What if I need to cancel or change my date?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is:

• More than 8 weeks before: Full refund minus admin fee
• 4-8 weeks before: 50% refund
• Less than 4 weeks: No refund (but we'll try to reschedule)

Date changes are usually possible subject to availability.

Can I meet the magician before booking?

We can arrange video calls with your magician before the wedding. For local bookings, in-person meetings may be possible. We also have plenty of videos and testimonials to help you get a feel for our performers.
